Problem: Aldo was seeking to grow their social reach by attracting followers from verticals outside of fashion, and wanted to create a branded content campaign for the holidays that connected with their “Inspiration is Everywhere” ad campaign.
Solution: We worked with influential Instagram creators from design, floral arrangement, photography, and food styling to develop stories for Instagram and Pinterest featuring holiday product. Each maker designed a “remix” of a holiday icon — from mistletoe to New Year’s Eve fireworks. Stories were released over social channels, mirrored on the makers’ own feeds, and connected with supporting conversations about inspiration and craft, Pinterest boards from the makers, and direct audience engagement.
Results: The project got excellent engagement and drew new fans outside of fashion circles to ALDO’s feed.
